Ivrea, the main city of Canavese, known for Adriano Olivetti's experience and for its Carnival, in which dozens of artisans collaborate. These include stoves from Castellamonte, copper pans from Cuorgné, and ancient saddlery. Moving up the mountain slopes along the Dora Baltea River, we will talk about the tradition of heroic agriculture: terraced vineyards and vineyards with pergola.
